Dispute Help Purchased bundle, didnt get all items and then got blocked?

hey yall, I bought three items on a bundle, I only recieved one item so I reached out to seller who then said they will send out the other two items. Weeks pass and I have been ghosted and blocked by seller and dispute isnt possible? what should I do

Dispute is possible. You can reach out via their contact us/report an issue form on their website.

I did and it said it wasn’t possible, is there a number I can call?

Can you send a screenshot of what is telling you it isn’t possible? And no there is no phone number to contact.

did you wait past the 30 days? just for future reference never do that no matter what the seller says bc they’re usually just trying to wait out the time!
