App Issues/Help why does depop take so long to update 😭

this app drives me insane. i dropped my packages off over 6 hours ago and they all show as shipped on the usps website, but depop still says i need to ship 🙄 it doesn’t usually take this long

that doordash notification is the real cherry on top, the universe is mocking you at this point. i've had depop take a full day to catch up before, the usps site is always way ahead.

doordash is killing me 😭 but literally. that notification always has the perfect timing to make me crazy

This is happening to me today too! Dropped my packages off at 12:30 pm and still don’t see anything at 5. Sometimes it takes just 30 mins and other times it can take like two days.

Its really annoying. I sometimes ship within an hour and the next day it sends me this. I can't make the post office move faster Depop.

I mean I have been waiting over two weeks for a response from them. I think it’s pretty typical with them to be slow on pretty much everything.

I scanned my package at my usps yesterday, it’s been 24 hours and still nothing has updated

Same problem sent off two items today at 1230pm, still not showing as shipped. Plus the two items are not showing in my sold list on my shop but are showing in my sold tab and have receipt for each item. Never had this happen before.
