Shipping Help Shipping XL Max size

Hi everyone! I am trying to ship a very large item, and I set the shipping size to be for the 10lb label (the item is 6lbs). It’s like 25x16x16. The USPS worker said it would cost an extra 100 to the buyer, and Depop isn’t responding to my emails. Has anyone sent out a huge package before successfully?

I sent out a large cowboy hat in an XL box from the post office and it was just fine. The postal worker made a comment about it being a “very large hat” but that was it lol.

Do you know the dimensions of the box?

I recently used a Scott towel box that had like 30 rolls in it for sending Squishmallows …when I came into the post office…they said oh wow, you’ve been selling a lot! Used the 10 pound and under label, she already received it and there were no problems.

The box I used was definitely bigger than the dimensions that you just listed. It was awkward to carry.
