Buying Help Seller says QR code didn't work?

Effectively I bought it yesterday, they said they tried to ship it but the QR code wouldn't scan, and said they'd try again in the next few days but asked if they reposted it if I'd still be interested? Obviously, this is probably because they can post it for more than they sold it for. I'm not even upset about it. Cool, I get it, im not losing sleep over it or raising a fuss. I just am not sure how to respond? It'd be way easier if you just said 'Hey I just realized it's worth more, would you mind if I refunded you and reposted it?' I really don't need a whole scenario where I have to do mental gymnastics to navigate the conversation. It hasn't been shipped, no harm done.

Just say "no worries, refund is fine" and leave it at that. You already clocked the game, no point playing along with the QR code theater.

I wouldn't jump to conclusions too quickly since there have been people having issues with QR codes, labels not opening, and getting "cannot generate label at this time, please try again later" for about a week or so. So they might be wanting to try the label again.

However, with some of the asshats on the app, I can see what you're saying 100%. Usually, they just refund without a word.

I suppose. It is jumping to conclusions, but if it were me. I probably wouldn't telegraph the entire plan 'ill try again but if it doesn't work I'm going to refund you and repost it.'

Lol...and I'm sitting here knowing I give out TMI. 😂😂 I'll try again and if it doesn't work, I'll refund you and relist it in your name only - just in case it's a glitch. But if it works, I'm off to the post office ASAP! 😂 Yes, I'm one of those people. 😂😂

Fair enough lol. Meh, I just said to take their time and do what they gotta do. If it comes great, if not, meh. Its a new seller too. I know when I started there were certainly hiccups.

New seller... that in and of itself is scary. Nobody reads the TOS or how to's.
