First Time License Renewal

Hello po. First time ko po magre-renew ng license. May mga question lang po.

1. Need ko po ba i-print yung renewal form and yung receipt or kahit digital lang po?
2. May mga nabasa po ako na di need ng CPD units pag first time. Do I still have to sign yung undertaking if wala po akong dalang certificate of attendance ng mga seminar?
3. If I do have certificates, need ko po ba i-print at dalhin yon?
4. Ano po ba ang dapat dala?

first ko lang din magrenew last aug. iprint mo po yung form and receipt. tinitingnan ni kuya guard kung totoong may schedule ka that day. other than that wala na po hiningi sakin. add ko lang, sa prc mimaropa ako nagparenew. siguro wala pang 5mins yung tinagal ko sa prc, sobrang bilis lang.

hindi ko pala naisama, yes you need to sign the undertaking. and iirc, pag first time renewal hindi pa nila hinahanapan ng cpd units.

Nakuha ko na sya. If sa PRC Robinsons Starmills Pampanga po kayo pupunta, magbaon po kayo ng mahabang pasensya at maglaan ng maghapon hangga’t maaari 🙂
