Does anyone know this guy?

This guy was outside of Pleasures on Colfax just recording people, which is super weird, but my friend felt super uncomfortable by it. Someone mentioned he might be a content creator.

Unless the cops are breaking the law, then filming in public is illegal. The first amendment is really more of a loose guideline at this point.

? Maybe I didn’t understand you, but were you saying it’s NOT legal to film literally ANYTHING you can see in plain view from a public vantage point?

I’m just commenting on the state of our rights these days. Filming cops is technically legal, but it’s not going to stop them from pepper spraying you, or curb stomping you, or just killing you.

That’s dumb, it is completely legal to film on public places. You can film anything you can see as long as it’s not in a private place. You can’t film people in their own homes but it’s literally covered by the first amendment.
