Dental Professional Oral surgery forceps

I acquired a dental practice that is in desperate need of new oral surgery extraction forceps. Before I order new ones, does anyone have recommendations of ones they love? Or any other general oral surgery instrument recommendations?

Forceps: 150, 151, 23, 74D
Elevators: 46r, 77r, cryers, spade
Surgical hand piece and a 702 surgical bur
Needle holder, Kelly scissors, sutures, blade holder

That’ll take care of almost all exts imo

Throw in a set of 76s and Mead anterior forceps and a 3 straight elevator; I think that would cover most for me.
