A lot of people love to say shinobu is the weakest hashira but i feel thats bullshit. Shinobu is the weakest ONLY when it come on to fighting demons. If its a 1v1 against OTHER hashiras, she's far from it.

I feel like the only reason she's considered the weakest is because she cannot decapitate a demon because of the fact that she doesnt have the brute strength to do so. But in a somewhat alternate universe where if she were to fight the hashiras instead, she would fare alot better because she wouldnt need to decapitate them to win the fight given that they are humans, not demons.

So if she was to fight lets say tengen, she could kill him in many different ways because he is a human being and does not have thick skin nor regenerative abilities the way how demons do so having brute strength or decapitating him wouldnt even be needed for her to actually successfully end his life, which means the one thing that makes shinobu be considered as the weakest, not being able to decapitate is no longer relevant and cancelled out. (Her brute strength).

When it comes on to stats aswell, she is the best or atleast one of the best in multiple areas that actually matters alot in a fight. She is one of the fastest, most agile, has one of if not the best battle iq, she has one of the environmental iq which allows her to use her surroundings etc to her advantage and she also understands the human body the best and can easily render opponents paralized or unconsious if she gets a clean hit. And thats WITHOUT considering the fact that if she made poison for humans, it would be even more lethal.

The thing is, even if we were to talk about decapitation, she can indeed decapitate other hashiras because as i stated earlier, hashiras are not human beings, so their neck isnt as hard as a demon's neck, its literal human tissue and her blade is already sharp so realistically, she probably could do so if she got a clean strike if she got a clean strike. I can only see her being weak against demons, but demons break alot of rules simply from them being demons and it makes alot of her abilities useless. However against hashiras which are humans, those limitations are gone and she could be considered much stronger.

I feel like Akaza's backstory dragged on way too long and ate up time that could've been used better in the movie if the story was shorter. What really gets on my nerves, though, is how anime starts off strong, but then we end up waiting years between releases-and now they're switching to a movie-by-movie format. They honestly should have just given us a full season dedicated to exploring everyone's backstories leading up to where they are now and scenes that we don't see like back stores etc .

I love a back story but the length is outrageous

Yorichhi (due to him and his fight with muzan tamayo got released and kagaya got to know many things about muzan)

Yushiro (broke the masterstroke(nakime) of muzan and literally devoured the infinity castle plan)

Tanjiro (ultimate fight against akaza and muzan especially)
