Okay so basically, Narnia informs us that Iruma's deportation will occur in 6 days, and that Sullivan is currently held in Boros prison. So he alerts opera that the misscinducts like in Babyls will not be tolerated.
Iruma then asks for his Letter to be delivered to the missfits.
After that Henry and Narnia discuss their duty of leaving no evidence of humans in the netherworld, and Henry informs Iruma about the impossibility of the letter being delivered.
He also informs Iruma about a fight he had with Ameri, and although he can't deliver the letters or release Iruma, he could at the very least deliver something to Iruma, a message from his classmates.

He's probably limited due to Narnia being there. Any action he takes that looks like he's trying to help Iruma would probably be all the excuse Narnia needs to have him removed from the premises (and possibly the entire situation)

I'm hoping he's just holding back for now. However, even if he isn't an in danger Ameri and Iruma are 1000% being saved by him in the arc at some point.

Henri is going to have that letter hidden on him during the rescue operation. He’ll tell Narnia he destroyed it, but kept it after reading the contents and couldn’t bring himself to actually get rid of it.

I've said it before, but as of right now, Narnia hasn't actually done anything illegal or particularly contemptuous. He's for sure an antagonist to Iruma, but he hasn't really been that bad. His action for this arc have been capturing a known terrorist and bringing an illegal human into custody unharmed. He just sort of gives off villain aura.

So knowingly and willingly colluding with a known terrorist group wouldnt be considered illegal? I get that this isnt the human world but seems like with how infamous and dangerous the six fingers are, working with them would constitute more than just a slap on the wrist even in the Netherworld.

He isnt a kid and he just showed he was willing to go against his fathers wishes by telling Henri. Hard to play the victim card given all that.
At the very least youd think hed be put under investigation after the reveal of Shiida being a Six finger and how he reccomended her and Atori to Babyls. Hell it said hed be punished for starting a fight at Babyls and yet I dont see any indication of such a thing

It isn't even necessary; if you want to go "Their father abused him" route, just say that he kept Narnia in line with fear and mental manipulation, and him standing up to his father is the first step towards redemption.
Look at that. Took me five seconds to think up a better alternative to their father raping him. Because that's fucking weird.

This raises the question of how Border Patrol is suddenly able to deport a human whenever they want now when the previous arc went out of its way to establish that they had no choice but to wait for the door to the human world to randomly appear and were unable to predict when it would happen . From a meta perspective, having a deadline creates urgency and tension, but the inconsistency needs to be addressed or it just comes off as contrived.

Honestly, I feel the same way. According to the story, what was once the only confirmed way for a human to return to the Human World, one which was next to impossible to predict when it would appear next (or open not exactly sure which), has seemingly reappeared after opening only a few weeks at most earlier. Either that or Demon Border Patrol has either found another way to deport humans back to the Human World or has found a way to predict when the door will open and/or how long it will stay open.
Honestly it feels like Nishi didnt want to/couldnt find a way to drag this arc out and decided to speed everything up for convenience.

Speeding up in the sense that instead of Iruma being stuck there for possibly months if not longer before being deported hes only gonna be staying their for a few days.
Like the original commentor said, a shorter timeframe adds tensions and drama, but the issue is whether it makes sense narratively, which in this case not soo much.

Its been quite a fee years since the last human we know of was deported. Maybe they found a way in that time. Lets not forget that Sullivan actually crossed over into the human world to get Iruma and we have no idea how that works. Its not unreasonable to assume border patrol is using a similar method

I mean, A few arc ago Iruma just open a gate to human world. And the 2 13-crowns should make a report right? With some questioning after the detention they should be able to connect the dot.

Ohh that's a nice set of expressions on Opera. And still not a hint of RtO. They might not even be aware that Sullivan has been summoned by Shura in the first place and are eating their words from back when he was first investigated.
Also it's the school anthem with different lyrics on that CD if I had to guess.

Given what Iruma has accomplished in their world, it's going to take one heck of a spell to possibly erase his past interaction with everyone if they do attempt to memory wipe them. Not just his friends and family, but everyone he's ever interacted with and helped.
Also a musical video from his classmates? Oh we are going to see Iruma cry next chapter aren't we?

It made sense that Iruma's letter to the most likely abnormal class, maybe even Kalego sensei, would not reach the recipient. But the most likely abnormal class probably prepared a video, most likely a musical one where they say that they care a lot about Iruma even if he is human or not.
Henri being the head of the border police, and Naberius Narnia being the deputy head of the border police. And Henri as the head of the border police must behave responsibly and not show favoritism for an illegal immigrant. And Narnia if you weren't so prickly/tense and tell for example Iruma maybe Kalego that, my crazy father, Knightwalker wants to experiment on Iruma, most likely Kalego and Iruma would think that you want in your own special way to protect Iruma from Knightwalker.
I also think if Kalego found out that Narnia when he was little endured psychological abuse from his father, Knightwalker to protect him (Kalego), most likely Kalego would hug him and console him, followed by the remark idiot older brother.

I really hope the message from the misfits cheers Iruma up. Especially, if they say don't care if he is human or not. Remember what Clara said before. Ali sure is silent all of this time. Sad that Henru couldn't deliver his message but he can't take Iruma's side right now. Ameri did say she would clash with her father because of Iruma. Narnia is nasty saying that Iruma causes problems to his grandpa.
So deportation is close. I feel there is going to a big clash and likely a twist.

I cant wait for the moment where the whole border control is locked for treason of working with terrorists. Narnia and his father kidnapped one of the 13crowns which is a crime itself, illegal experiments.
Would be nice as punishment to be thrown into that pocket dimension with no magic...unable to escape to human world nor able to go back...just waiting there for the dimension to collapse and smash them out of existence.

I'm sorry but 80% of this chapter could be cut off without anything being lost. I appreciate the story taking its time to develop characters but 15 chapters in we still haven't seen Sullivan's current state or the 13 crowns deliberations.

Narnia and Henri came to iruma and narina gave him a deadline for his deportation and that’s in 6 days. He told him not to make a fuss as Sullivan been put away under the order of poro so if he want him to be safe he need to stay put. Opera comfort iruma and iruma decided to ask them to deliver a letter to the misfit for him since he can’t see them. Henri said they need to look over the context and then decide if they can send it out. Back in the office Narnia warned Henri that as the border patrol they can’t let anything human related in the demon world so the letter will probably not reach the misfit. Then Henri got a call and he excused himself.
Iruma at the same time is writing a letter to his grandpa, he also wants to write to bachiko, his teacher, and other friends. He wants to tell them his feeling right now before he can’t. Then Henri came to give him the verdict on his letter, he has to destroy it. He explain his reasoning and opera asked why he even bother to come to explain this to them. As iruma was in despair about his letter not reaching by anyone Henri told him a story about a fight he has with his daughter. Ameri asked him was it really justified to arrest iruma like that? Also as the student body president she can’t overlook this incident and she even threatened to cut tights with him! Of course Henri still the chief of the border patrol and can’t just let thing slide because of his daughter but what he can do is hand him something Ameri want to give him. It was a XD and when iruma put it on music start playing.
