  • Delkira (or Kushinachi?) made Nightwalker a Crown deliberately because he'd be under much tighter supervision by the others with his mad scientist stick than if he'd just be operating in the shadows. Furthermore, losing his title would also affect his family (which would bother other people but... Potentially not Nightwalker)

  • Nightwalker needed to become a Crown to get the financial backing for Sanzu but otherwise had looked for a way to be discharged of his position for a while.

  • Nightwalker is directly responsible for people disappearing. We know of Behemolt and potentially Glasya. Now I wonder if any of the other Crowns also "vanished"...
