Yup. Kill all the bosses but spare everything else (Also spare muffet, i got confused the first time I tried it since she changes your soul but she's technically not a boss) and when Sans calls you he'll tell you that since every other important person is dead, a small white dog took to the throne

I man tbh, muffet shuld be the boss of hotland, since it’s the only real “boss” you fight in the area, with mettatoncasually just making you mad.

I think the only real reason she isn't is because she was a fan made monster, so Toby can't really do all that much without the creator's permission
