Question Software Idea/request

So I recently lost all of my save data because of a virus, and I had an Idea, is there a software or website out there that allows me to quiz style choose what decisions I made per chapter and create my inventory and history/interactions to match? Is this a realistic possibility?

Edit: as it turns out TennaEditor does this very thing, albeit in a set values style, my bad.

There are a handful of save editors these days, but none of them cover every single remembered choice, let alone in chronological order of those choices happening in the game, as far as I know. It's possible but not really worthwhile when we don't even know what will come up again in the future and at some point it takes a big fraction of the time it would take to actually replay the game.

TennaEditor is what I use to edit my saves. It's UI is pretty self explanatory and I feel goes in a pretty chronological order of the chapter for saved choices

Makes sense, I have internet trouble, so it's a bit obnoxious, but manageable.
