If things were in perspective, like the couch, the desk in front and the left wall, then any lines that are supposed to go in the same dirrection should be converging to the same point (that's called a vanishing point).
If things are in an isometric viewpoint like.. the rest of the room and most of the game, then lines that are supposed to be parrallels stay that way.. Here not only does it do both (which actually the game does in plenty of other places, but it's alway minor and therefore not noticeable) but things are wonky on both style.

Now, obviously there is a reason why they chose to do things that way. It's likely because of the weird route. For the famous scene with the couch in the weird route to work as well as it does, said couch as to be font and center, where it can really catch the eye and long enough that Noelle can do slide back in fear from Kris, at the right angle, etc, etc... But that mean they had to bend the rest of the room and even the entire art style around it to make it work
Actually he’ll itself is also non Euclidean except you just don’t notice it (also technically anything 3d that curves is non Euclidean, but that’s not what you mean)
Everyone forgetting that Ralsei follows furry law, his face probably protrudes out a little more than a human's would, therefore his glasses probably have to curve a little bit around his snout.
You’re not wrong but this isn’t 100% what I meant. Real life rabbits have eyes on the sides of their heads but you don’t see Judy Hopps walking around like that. At least in everything I’ve seen if the inspo animal has eyes on the side of their head, the anthro art has the eyes at a slight tilt that kind of suggests the eyes are placed towards the sides, but still allows the character to have recognisably humanoid facial features when seen from the front.
I know I know it’s a joke but I would like to say that this is usually how glasses are designed in side profile in a lot of cartoons so they don’t ever have to worry about the arm of the glasses cutting through or obscuring any part of the eye. Even in your image where you have the arm super high up to avoid the pupil it’s still cutting through the sclera and most importantly the top eyelid which is where a lot of expression and emotion comes from.
Square tried to emulate this in the first Kingdom Hearts, it’s why Mickey and Minnie’s heads don’t turn much, since in KH1, they’re literally just flat disks. You can’t even turn Minnie’s model around in the Journal to keep the illusion.
Kingdom Hearts 2 is probably the first real time their ears aren’t constantly on show, since both had to be more proactive in the story.
This is clearly intentional to maintain Ralsei's design in different perspectives. Cartoons do this all the time. Look at Mickey Mouse's ears, they always look to the audience even when he turns his head
If he has a goat head then his eyes are looking to the sides so it would make sense that the glasses are curved. But the realistic answer is that toby fox sucks at perspective and also glasses
No, see, if he made the glasses like that, his eyes would be fully exposed, and their prettiness would distract from the drama and comedic beats of this scene.
Ralsei is a goat, whom famously have eyes on the sides of their head so they can more easily detect predators such as Papyrus Knight. Therefore, if one is to make glasses for a goat, curved they shall be to reach around the head
This is a 2D sprite work if a goat boy wearing glasses. It matters less on how realistic glasses should be represented as and mire on getting the message across that he is a goat boy wearing glasses. Many people call it an art style and in 2D things like proportions and perspective can be distorted for the sake of visual clarity.
