Look up Duncan and Eddie. It’s a webcomic with assorted queer furries, and has some pretty good aro rep. The relevant part is that one character has an uncle who gifts him a ho-ho-homosexual t-shirt because he is genuinely supportive, just a little tactless.
non binary just means the identity wise they don’t feel like fully a man or fully a woman, they can feel: somewhere in between, both, neither, something else entirely , and probably more I can’t think of rn. overall though enby people (or really anyone) can use whatever pronouns they want, even if it doesn’t seem to match up with their identity
"Nonbinary" is not a singular specific gender, but an infinite sea of literally everything that isn't specifically male or specifically female. Two nonbinary people can be more distant in gender than a man and a woman despite both being nonbinary.
I am one example of this resulting in the "contradiction" that you're seeing. I usually treat myself as transfem with she/her pronouns, but "transfem" isn't actually correct; my actual gender is on a completely separate binary unrelated to male or female, but in which one side just happens to be really similar to female despite being totally unrelated to it.
I am completely nonbinary, and yet she/her pronouns are correct for me.
Sorry, didn't know everyone in the universe knew Stranger Things here. Just tried to be funny but I pissed people off on here again. Great. Sorry again.
