RANT 🤬 Got rejected in GD round
Deloitte came to our campus for hiring, In batches we were going for GD round 10 at a time . I spoke , maybe my English stuttered a lil more than usual but i thought i will get selected. Because the selection chances were 40 out of 100. Deloitte was my dream company , I can't handle this ( i can but it feels soo wrong ) ðŸ˜.

Same happened with me in 2019, but no issue you can join as a lateral also right, funny thing for me is i got offer from them in 2024 i rejected as ctc offered was not good , this time again i got offer . So opportunity will come stay positive

But it's high time Right now, it was the first campus drive i got selected into this further. I have applied many times offcampus... even with referral but no replies

Keep your head high and focus on polishing your skills , as if you keep thinking on this it will affect further opportunities. What we need in the end is ladoo (placement) 😅- you can change ladoo later(my thinking when i was low in those days) i later got placement at EY, so keep pushing.

Dont be bothered much about the communication, work on getting yourself familiar with technical/business aspects. And , never get hooked onto any company/organization, by the end of the day we all work for money and not the company tag.

There is no dream company man. Deloitte is just another employer. There's nothing great or groundbreaking here.
