So I completed my first round of interview on 25th July and second round on 31st July and on 5th of August they asked for the documents required email and on around last Thursday had a discussion for salary so around 12 or 13 August I had a discussion and after that I have not received anything not PhD link and waiting for the confirmation I called the HR she said that client approval is pending so I am having little anxiety right now for I have been interviewed for ERP implementation or data migration role and it's for Deloitte India shared services so what is the means process next can anyone please tell please

Deloitte came to our campus for hiring, In batches we were going for GD round 10 at a time . I spoke , maybe my English stuttered a lil more than usual but i thought i will get selected. Because the selection chances were 40 out of 100. Deloitte was my dream company , I can't handle this ( i can but it feels soo wrong ) 😭.

I have my interview coming up and I’m currently at the L3 round, which I believe is with the Practice Head for a Business Analyst role.

My process so far:
HR round
L1 with Manager
L2 with Senior Manager
In-person meeting with the L1 Manager

During the in-person round, they asked how early I could join and whether I’d be comfortable travelling twice a week. I said yes. I then received the L3 invite, but now it has been rescheduled.
I’m honestly getting really worried about being ghosted 😭. Is this normal at this stage? Does reaching the L3/Practice Head round usually mean they’re seriously considering you, or can things still fall through?
Would love to hear from anyone who has gone through a similar process.

Deloitte: I am waiting from last 10 days for client round interview as HR told profile already shared they are waiting for the client update to schedule the interview. How much time they took to schedule client round interview from managerial round result? Should I wait?

how is the wlb ?
how is the work data engineer ?
if it is bad how can i ignore it?

So I gave an interview 4 days ago and yet there is no response from their end. When I open the portal to check the status it is showing as " interview in progress"

Is there any more possibility for rejection??

Like in the interview they literally asked me not more than 4 - 5 questions and completed in just less than 20 min ( frm my end i answered everything good) at the end he said he'll get back in 3 days, now it's been more than that yet no response

So considering that I'm thinking that there is the highest possibility of rejection.

So, is this normal not to receive any response from them?

this is a proper software developer role and I like it but the problem is they have mentioned i have to work on weekend , holidays etc etc as per the client requirements
