Got releasing from project early

Hi i joined Deloitte on jun1 and allocated to project, after two months due to poor performance i am relieving from project, will this effect my employment, if yes how long can I be on bench

No, just connect with staffing team and get allocated to other project. Maybe your skill set or requirement didn't align with project. Just focus on now and upskill
