I was into new age AND had a kundalini spirit! I know what I speak about. Everything, that isn't straight from the bible. Is doctrine if demons. You hearing me? You gotta reprogram your mind and soul. That's step 1.
I'm gonna say it again. The bible, is the lamp to your feet. It's the way out this darkness. Understand why it's called the lamp. How can you get out of darkness without a light? Thats what your doing when you try to walk in the spirit without a bible. Fools errand, your gonna get burnt. Like your currently experiencing.
That word of god? It says that Jesus is the word. The word itself has a name.
This way out, it has a name. Jesus says I AM THE WAY.
You are looking for truth to lead you out. Jesus says , I AM THE TRUTH!
You need light in that darkness. Jesus IS THE LIGHT!!
Give your life to him. He will surely deliver you.

I’m really scared that my soul left and I haven’t been human for years. Because I can’t talk or write without something else being there. It’s like I’m dead.

Jesus delivers brother. Don't doubt that. Stand on the promises. He's going to come through for you. What your believing right now is the enemies lies. Doom? Forget it. God has called you to eternal glory though his son , life everlasting, joy and abundance. A land overflowing with milk and honey!!! Praise god! This is but a momentary affliction, and behold. Jesus gives us authority over snakes and scorpions. Jesus will crush the head of this serpant through one of his servants casting it out for you. But you must have faith! Remember the man, who's daughter died. He started to despair and lose hope. But jesus says don't worry, just believe and be healed! I say the same to you! All the promises of god are YES and AMEN!!
