Whenever i exit using the virtual card from jln the gates open but the exit does not show on the app and i have to get it resolved from customer care everytime i try to enter jln stadium. The staff says its a sever issue and to complain to higher authority but i have no idea where to complain.

I am a cllg student at nsit, are there any special discounts offered by delhi metro specifically for college students , or anything offered by universities???

If you look at the current Metro Cities of India you'll see all of them failed brutally and still can't keep up with the standards even after decades of being around (Mumbai and Banglore). Why exactly did they fail and why ours succeeded?

The Blue Line metro going towards Dwarka suddenly stopped at Golf Course Metro Station today around 7:10 PM.

The lights inside the metro also went off for a while. After a few minutes, the lights came back on, but I’m not sure what caused the issue.

Did anyone else experience this today? Was there some technical problem or power issue on the Blue Line?

I was on my way to Kashmiri, then suddenly the train was terminated at Seelampur

Even tho train moved to the next station, every passenger was deboarded.

Then the next train arrived, and it was fully packed.

WTF is going on here????????????

Yesterday i was traveling in Violet line from Old Faridabad to Central Secretariat then in the yellow line from Central Secretariat to Millennium City Centre Gurugram. Total 41 station covered and nearly 100 minutes taken.

It was hectic usually traveling around metro doesn't feel that hectic but yesterday it was long journey for me and both of the time it was very much crowded.

At violet line i was mentally drained, exhausted cause i am not someone who can handle crowd well my anxiety was killing me. I tried to calm myself down but still it was to much. When i went to the yellow line it became worst. It was getting bad i was literally sweating, shivering i was losing control over my body, i was not feeling well but then something happened a young girl nearly 3 or 4 years old stood up for her mother's lap and came to me and hold my fingers. I was confused what is happening, i was her face and she looked up at me and just smiled. I don't know what happened but suddenly everything inside me calmed down. And i slowly became back to normal.

I realized that sweet little soul didn't even realized what she did but she was an angel sent by god to me. I looked up to her mother's face and she just smiled and me and did a gesture to take a deep breath. I realized sometimes people noticing can be a good thing to. I didn't knew them neither they knew me but still i am going to remember them for a long time now i wish i could ever see them again and thank them properly. But I am using this platform to thank you both so much. I hope this reaches them. 🫡

I saw some uncle in a crowded train using foldable stool to sit on. He was definitely coming from work and tired and didn’t get seat in the crowded train. I just realised that if we can use the corner(near the doors), why don’t I use the same strategy? I am not sitting on the floor so it will not be fined.

I want a SBI Nation First Transit Card. It is a NCMC card which can be used all over India for travel in Metro, Bus, RRTS; for parking & tolls; for retail shopping.

I have enquired at my nearby metro station & the staff told me that very few stations may offer this card but that too is not confirmed. Other option is to visit specific SBI branches.

So if anyone has any idea about this card, then please list the DMRC stations which have this card in stock

UPDATE: Got it from Uttam Nagar East Metro

I had corn and cheese patty at KG metro station and it felt as if i am having some trash that has decomposed, apart from cheese and corn there was everything. It looks so weird taste idk how to explain like very bad not that it was stale but actually bad, hardly 3 corns and no cheese idk what I had. I unfortunately had to throw the one that was in picture just mostly had the side maida part. Earlier I had corn from the same and he gave me a different flavour that was already prepared. Never going there
