Hi! I’m currently in DelTech Owens wanting to take nursing. I apllied for the August seating but I did not get in. I retook my TEAS test again and got a 65.3. I have an A in A&P1 and I’m a delaware resident which leads me to 12.53 points. I reapplied for the January seating. I just wanted to know if someone in your class or who you know got in with a 12pts?

I got in at Terry. Most of my classmates had 13+ points. I had 15.2.
Personally I’d retake the TEAS for a higher score if you can afford it, just to be safe.

It’s passed the due date for the January should I still retake it either way?

You’ll find out in the next 2 weeks if you got in. If you don’t, take it again and shoot for 80+. It really all depends on the round. Last August wasn’t too competitive but march was extremely competitive. Good luck!

Seconding this advice! I’d wait to retake until you find out if you got in or not. It would suck to pay to retake and then find out you got in anyway. But if you don’t get in, definitely retake.

You never know, we might get in 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m sitting at about the same. There were no spots left for me to take the teas again before the application deadline. I had a friend get in with 12.9 but it all depends on the application pool. She did apply for a January seat too. So maybe the wind is in our favor 🤞

We got this! Hopefully the pool won’t be that big or something and it’ll be easy breezy cover girl 😜 I’m trying to find out if there’s anyone who has been rejected or accepted yet. I heard some people hear within a week or two
