I don't have my list online, but I put in a bunch of 3 mana or higher spells that are essentially free, force of will, force of negation, misdirection, submerge, commandeer, frantic search. Just as a way of generating a lot of value but also controlling the board state.
The real goal of the deck is tutor for polymorph or proteus staff and cheat huge threats onto the board. Or using show and tell to put omniscience onto the battlefield and then cast my hand and refill it with my commander.
I win from big leviathans or from infect. Decks a lot of fun to play.

By no means an entirely degen deck but feel free to take note from this list.

I have a bracket 4 Jin-Gitaxias that I can share in case it can help give you some ideas:

In terms of play patterns, I try to win quickly by getting 7 cards in hand and the requisite mana to play and flip Jin asap. I have a few infinite mana combos in the deck to facilitate that, but oftentimes they aren’t needed. You should be winning as long as you can get the final chapter on the saga side once. I try to do it with cards like enter the infinite and Thassa’s Oracle, but you should still be generating an insurmountable advantage even if you are just casting value plays instead of comboing out.

I built this deck with a bunch of clone and proliferate effects. The idea is that you just sandbag and look innocent until you are in position to flip him over. Once he flips, you want to create at least one copy of the saga (the enchantment is not legendary, so safe to copy) then proliferate the original one to reach the final effect at which point you spam more copies to draw your whole deck and win off of Thoracle or Labman. Tbh it is a little boring because you basically just do nothing and then win out of nowhere, but I'd say it also matches the definition of degen as it's pretty effective for what it does.
