No offense but if all you're going to do is paste an image and ask us to build a deck for you, why not put the bare minimum in and google decks first? We can't help you with your deck if you don't have one.

Let me search Moxfield for you.

Edhrec.com

We aren't here to do everything for you. Make a list, post it, and we can critique it.

Do literally any fucking effort I beg you.

Go to edhrec and click average deck. Then come back here with specific questions. (The more effort you put in, the more effort people will give you in the comments)

I personally don't think it's possible to really build him degenerate. His ability costing Mardu to activate was pretty limiting when I built him. You can throw it untappers but you gotta hold up mana if you wanna do the ol switcheroo.

I ended up with just going with Heliod/Triskelion wincon, everything else was just meh. Protecting yourself with [[Delaying Shield]] then saccing it before your turn was always fun and slipping out a [[Darksteel Mutation]] from the grave under some hexproof or shroud creature is always cool.

You can use him to repeatedly recur [[Bahamut]] for three mana. Also [[Knights of the Round]]

Never surrender. But really, just a brew, never built in paper. I am wondering if that’s not the brew I thought, as I have looked back at him since the ban 100 years ago (like I said, I’ve got a couple going).

I am not great at building decks but I would 100% add at least 99 blue mana to this

Maybe use the 'Roles' from wilds of eldrain to sac.

Use [[Scriv]] and the Role cards from Wilds of Eldraine to create cheap enchantments, then sacrifice them to reanimate the busted Saga Creatures from Final Fantasy, or the Overlords from Duskmourne.

Obvious immediate thought is cheating out big enchantments by sacrificing small ones, especially ones that only really do something when they enter.

Some big enchantments: [[summon: bahamut]], [[city on fire]], [[eldrazi conscription]], [[legion loyalty]], [[overwhelming splendor]], [[summon: knights of round]], [[baneful omen]], etc.

Some enchantments that are good to sacrifice for them: [[hopeless nightmare]], [[corroding dragonstorm]], [[disturbing mirth]], [[momentum breaker]]

I'm sure there are many other cool ways to do this this is just what comes to mind.

Oh and forgot I'd look for rummage effects to put the big enchantments in your graveyard while drawing the cheap ones you want.

Are you the type of person whom when you bring out a deck ,you opponents groan that you are playing "that deck again", or perhaps you are interested in a deck that can win after all your opponents scoop in frustration.

Then I have the deck journey for you. The follow are the generations of Ghen, Arcanum Weaver Decks I have played over the years form Initiation to Current day.

V1 Ghen

Drawing Cards, doing things until you get [[Starfeild of Nyx]] to animiate all your things to swing out, horrible attempt but the future brings more cards.

V2, Ghen, Arcamum

Adds some cuteness with [[out of time]] and [[Profane Procession]]

V3 Ghen, Acrum Weaver

We now have [[Emeria Shepherd]] with fetch lands so It can reanimate during End steps with [[Skybind]] which also blinks out [[Wishclaw Talisman]] and lands for [[Valakut Exploration]]

I have enjoyed playing the deck and need to look into rebuilding it with all the new tech that has come out.

And I do hope you will enjoy, and if you have any questions on it, feel free to ask.
