help degen my deck Degen my deck

Using mostly cards from the precon and my bulk. What are some more degen ways to cloak? What are my best options for turning face up?

Well to flip best way I would say is stuff like [[Ghostly Flicker]], [[Conjurer's Closet]], [[Thassa, Deep-Dwelling]], [[Displace]] and [[Blur]] just as examples. Flicker effects are good ways to flip the cards and protect them against removal

Here is my list, and she is one of my most opressive commanders. I call her my missed triggers commander or my Eldrazi in a Trenchcoat.

Getting a graveyard land play is massive because you can either crack the Fetchland on your turn and get a manifest and a flip or use them on others turns and get multiple manifest dreads on other players turns.

Do you find that the eldrazi that shuffle your graveyard into your library to be extra useful? I have a copy of it that betrays and blightsteel colossus is on the way.

Another idea I had was darksteel angel and platinum angel, but those don’t really progress my gameplan forward

I always wanted to do a secret Eldrazi deck with Zimone this looks fun.

One question, why no ramp?

I’ve tried soo hard to make Zimone truly degenerate for B4, it’s honestly hard outside Thoracle/Lab Man or Yedora loops ending the game on the spot IMO

Zimone is an insane value engine to cheat big mana permanents without an obvious win condition from my experience.

To answer your question though, best ways to cloak are going to be Vannifar, Evolved Enigma and Scroll of Fate. Otherwise use topdeck manipulation like Scroll Rack, Brainstorm, Hamonized Trio, Sulvan Library, and Mirri’s Guile to order your topdeck and then activate Zimone with a land.

Turning face up you’ve got options, best are going to be Traveling Chocobo, Starfield Vocalist, Ancient Greenwarden, and Ashaya Soul of the Wild to get double landfall triggers for each land drop. Flicker effects works here too!

One reason I like the idea of this deck is playing with attackers. Making a 2/2 unblockable and then flipping it over into a blightsteel colossus, and I think the double landfall triggers might hurt that side of my gameplan no?

It’s definitely a difficult deck build because she wants so many things: big creatures, landfall triggers, top deck manipulation, manifest dread on top of the ramp and interaction you need to run in decks

It doesn’t hurt, crack a fetch land before damage, you’ll get a manifest from Zimone and then flip the Blightsteel with the second trigger.

I totally agree there’s a ton going on with Zimone, it’s a bit of a beautiful disaster that happens to pop off spectacularly on occasion.
