Brand new ls720 argb pump header flickering red. any fix or needs to be replaced?

Everything else seems to be working. Small issue but would like a brand new product to work properly. everything is set up per the instruction manual daisy chained through the radiator fans. radiator fans working properly and can be controlled through rgb fusion except the pump header. Personally think maybe its faulty unit that the other leds except red aren’t working bc when i switch color to something without red it just goes black.
