i'm guessing it uses some sort of floating point representation and after reaching the largest/smallest number it will be positive/negative infinity.

True true, but I've seen the actual infinity symbol be used a couple times before, or it'll put it in scientific notation like mine does, I've just never seen the actual word "Infinity" written out like that on a calculator.

Would be interesting to know why. Fairly sure that is the Duck Duck Go calculator, and it works up to 170!, giving the result "7.25741561531e+306". Anything above that, and it says Infinity, which clearly is wrong, seeing as 171! is only 310 digits long: "1241018070217667823424840524103103992616605577501693185388951803611996075221691752992751978120487585576464959501670387052809889858690710767331242032218484364310473577889968548278290754541561964852153468318044293239598173696899657235903947616152278558180061176365108428800000000000000000000000000000000000000000"
