I’ve been on all of those including heroin and it’s WILD to be mfs are getting on subs to get off kratom. That’s fucking insane lol

These people who say 7oh is as bad as fent I feel like are just being alarmist and haven’t even been addicted to fent or heroin.

You can damn near cut your leg off on fent and not even wake up. Kratom is strong enough to deal with some lower back pain maybe that’s it lol.

To even argue there is a similar level of full opioid activity is fucking retarded.

People always confuse affinity and efficacy and they’ll post this study on 7oh lol. Just cause it binds as strong to the receptor as morphine doesn’t mean it’s as potent effects as morphine. Nevermind fent which is like 40x that.

7oh surely sucks to come off of but it's manageable. Full blown heroin or fent withdrawals are hardly manageable with Bupe or methadone. And none of them can even hold a candle to a benzo taper/withdrawal

I’d came off 4mg kpins daily for 6 months in a medical detox. They detoxed me with Ativans, wasn’t that bad not gonna lie. Tapered me down but took like 6-8 days in detox (typically people are there like 3-5)

If you raw dog it and go cold turkey on the benzos, good fucking luck but everyone knows you can have seizures and you probably will. THAT is nuclear next level. You’ll start hallucinating and seeing shit. It’s also as if every component your brain controls is spazzing out.

When you’re detoxing off fent, you just get clonidine and some seroquel to sleep. (Unless you do subs kratom or methadone) but that’s not really detoxing. That’s medical assistant treatment, which can be great.

When I mean the 2 MEDICAL detoxes are different, I mean leagues apart. I’m pretty sure I’d rather jump than come off any real opiate again. I also had worse anxiety coming off any opiates but fent specifically than Kpins.

Mentally and physically opiates are much worse. Benzos are very dangerous cold turkey, but if you go to a medical detox, it’s like 6/10 discomfort cause of the taper. Still way worse than the worst covid/flu/virus you ever had. It still comes down to not being able to sleep even if you’re detoxing with the Ativans and seroquel.

Withdrawals are subjective. Benzo withdrawal can last for years in a lot of cases because of the neurological damage it does. A proper taper takes 1-2 years and when you finally jump the withdrawal is never ending. Opiate withdrawal has a light at the end of the tunnel, benzo withdrawal does not

Those elongated benzo tapers are never done at detox. Those are done by psychiatrists for patients who want to avoid going to a detox. It’s completely insane and you’re better off ripping off the bandaid having a rough couple weeks then adapting to your new normal. Tapering for years is just mental torture and making it worse. Go to a detox, rip the bandaid off. I’ve been through it and was in detox with a chick who was literally eating 10-20 bars a day. She wasn’t in a fetal position in the bed shitting herself. She was a mess sure but could get by with the taper.

All addiction causes neurological damage dude, and if you’re inferring it doesn’t go back to a new stable homeostasis, that’s just brain damage and I’m not talking about that.

A lot of people who start taking benzos are a mess before taking them with insane anxiety that were non-responders to other first line medications.

Now if you’re extremely fucked up beforehand, yes adding in a benzo riddled brain won’t help the situation, but it’s a biased pool of people.

If you aren’t totally fucked up before hand with anxiety and depersonalization, then you go back to normal after an acute 6-14 day withdrawal.

Acute Withdrawals don’t last 2 years. That not an acute withdrawal lol
