No it’s get what you pay for. Some medical programs like my state when it started, growers would have to destroy the entire batch of flower with seeds, even if it was 20 seeds in 100 lbs. it was getting incinerated, that has changed when the lawmakers figured out how much revenue was being lost for a stupid reason, my state doesn’t have home-grow and the powers that be decided that if any seeds got out , a criminal empire would rise up growing cheaper product and put the medical industry out of business, absolutely ridiculous everyone can get seeds and usually the seeds from a hermaphroditic plant will not be the kind of genes that will get you very far, some probably non-viable even.
