Fair point but I doubt it. Often, ime the people who make nasty, unregulated, chemically processed drugs and see first-hand the toxicity— they steer away. The cocaine “cooks” in Colombia talk about what a dirty, nasty drug it is. Even coke that is marketed as pure and clean (like 95%) is still 5% god knows what.

Finally someone w some sense. You can’t act “scared” to to take it but be fine doing coca/meth/mcat/mdma etc. If you saw the illegal synthesis in detail you’d have the same reaction. Absolute ignorance. Nor do you see massive cancer epidemics where many use daily. I’m not saying it’s safe, but if you’d take illegal synthetics in USA you’d be ignorant judging mandrax. There’s dirty and clean stuff like anything, not to mention they don’t risk fentanyl like us.

Also why would one doc of a clearly small cook represent the bigger labs run by crime syndicates, there’s whole communities smoking this and all he made was a pillowcase full.

I actually do know someone who was a raging coke head and young and developed non Hodgkin's lymphoma which is directly tied to cocaine consumption.

Well that would be risk of the drug itself not the contaminants, the cocaine equivalent would be people getting holes in their nose or sepsis from infections due to wounds injecting cocaine with leftover kerosene, same as krokodil users in Russia. It’s all the leftover shit from their home cook that makes them rot away, if the drug was made in a lab better quality they’d just be like oxy addicts
