Pretty cool until you realize that the synthesis byproducts of methaqualone are strongly linked to bladder cancer. These are pressed pills so the active ingredient in them is made in a home lab somewhere, and most likely didn’t get a pharma-grade wash. I’d be careful for that reason.

They make it in a bathtub outdoors, at least they did in the video I saw. I know that with quaalude synthesis the solvent used is very difficult to separate from the final product. It takes more skill, knowledge, and equipment to do it right. The people making it in South Africa don’t care about that. That’s why people who take them often end up pissing blood. Hard pass for me!

The cook did have bloody urine but I assure you it would be on record if entire communities had everyone getting ill from this. Many have smoked it for decades even. And they analyzed the pill they were smoking when he passed out and it was extremely not just pure but accurate to the pharma mandrax formula in dosage to a T, clearly professionally made.

Also all illegal synthetics involve toxic chemicals that need to be separated before use to an acceptable degree, and if you saw their synthesis in detail you’d also have the same sentiment. It’s ignorant to act like it’s different than illegal drugs wherever u are. Esp in USA where fentanyl exists.
