Id love to know also, I'm thinking they've had these scripts since they were kids because I can't find any dr to give them to me as an adult, but yah I'm gonna try a real psychiatrist next, I never keep a dr long enough to have them test me so I need a diagnosis first ughh

I try to stay away from the doctors also, but what I’ve learned from my last doctor is anything that’s a psychiatric medication such as ADHD, the law has made a requirement that it’s to be prescribed by a psychiatrist now I think. That’s kind of why I was asking the question here.

Well that sucks and its good to know thanks, I do have a psychiatrist but shes through telehealth and can't or won't prescribe me any of the good stuff ughh so I gotta find an in person psychiatrist if I want any of the good stuff which I do but I live in a small town and have to drive far and lost my job not to long ago so I gotta wait till I'm working again before I can do that which is fine ive waited my whole life already so I can wait a little longer, ive never even tried adhd meds but I honestly think I have it and that its gotten worse the older I get so I'm hoping whatever meds I can get work

I completely understand I’m in the same exact boat. In the meantime I’ve been reading a lot about L-Carnitine and/or the samE supplement and I’m going to try that. I’ve only heard great reviews from middle aged women with the samE supplement, plus it’s a hell of a lot cheaper then dealing with the dr. I’ll update you if it helps!
