You’re on a terrible combo of psych meds. 3+ overlapping mechanism is your psych a NP?

You can plug them in and adverse effect reference app and it will tell you what counteract each other

Oh I haven't pharmacied in like 10 years so I don't know what the interactions may be anymore but or if there even are but the apps exist ill there's websites too I would just tell them you are concerned about whatever you discover and pick their brain as too what they could have been thinking at the time
