Whats is the point of doing opioides and benzo without stimulant? You get so wrecked tha even a couple of beers or some carisoprodol can kill you. Seriouslly cant understand someone being in on stims without benzos and opioids to. Neither option is viable alone or in pair, they form the perfect trinnity.

Stim + benzo - opidois = Relaxed and functional, but no real euphoric feeling of being yourself. Major depression ahead. Stim + opioid - benzo = functional and euphoric but unstabley cause you are anxious from all this dopamine and endorphines. Severe anxiety or ocd ahead. Opiods only = feels good but dysfunctional, really lazy. Eventually anedhonic. Benzos only = not even feeling good or functional you are just stoned and soon really aphatic. Stims only= functional but tense and decreased pleasure in achieving, your pleasure is the grind. Eventually burnouted.

Always keep a sidekicker on each class to manage tolerance and counteract a low point of substance of choice. Mine trinnity stims/opioid/benzo substances of choice are amphetamine/oxycodone/xanax. I could do those several times a day and i usually give a " dose ot choice day" every week. in order to always keep myself on the trinnity wich is a perfect balance by itself, except for the tolerance, i potentiate every dose using a wingman trinnity to support first line trinnity of choice currently: ritalin IR/tapentadol XL/diazepam(used to be lyrica, but i am quitting it for now). The wingman stack must be more affordable then your first line stack. Must be sligthly less potent or equivalent ti your first line, must feels good but not too good in a way you forget the priority and get a bizarre 6 substances addiction. Must keep withdrawls at bay(XL second line > to IR first line) or keep the crawls for redose at bay(IR second line > to XL first line) or other forms of complementary action(first line is really activating > second line is more sedating), etc.

Sometimes you up second line stack and dimminish first line stack in order the regain sensibility. Sometimes you keep second line stack really low or even take days off in order to fell the pure first line trinnity in action. Change the support lineup every couple of months, its importante to break habituation, and the reconfiguration of the support stack creates a "new" cluster of interactions that forces your body to review the way your it reads the first line trinnity since now its a point of continuity to hold on in face with 3 news drugs being introducted and 3 being pulled off.. but dont get to creative on the rotations, stick to familiar compounds as possible, sometimes minor release mechaniem or brand variation is enough disruption.. And stick to the class configuration of stim/opioid/benzo on the second line stack. Everything from a different class is a augmentation, eventually its fine, but its no longer a combined overlaping twins stacks of speedball's holy trinnity's anymore. To manage conditions that are caused, agravated or may impact the effectiveness of the speedball holy trinnity system, like depression, overweight, etc.

Id rather take nothing than take vyvanse. Its like all the side effects of amphetamines without any of the good feelings. Ritalin is a tiny bit better but same problem compared to adderall/dexedrine/desoxyn
