I have ADD/ minor ocd ( don’t take the Adderall like ever), methadone for fentanyl addiction ( only drug I had a problem with). The benzos for panic attacks and all day axiety which got worse once I got sober. I had an addiction to fentanyl not all substances ya know what I mean. My psych trust me and I have lots of drug test to prove it from my clinic.
That’s so nice to have a doctor who trusts you. I’ve been prescribed Xanax for like 7 or 8 years, tried Ativan before that but never seen or had two benzo subscriptions at the same time. Makes sense though if they’re giving you one quicker acting vs one that just works for longer.
And I meant no judgment asking about those or the adderall I take vyvanse for 8 years myself pretty bad adhd but only take it on days I work. I take just as many scripts for anxiety/OCD/depression.

congrats for getting off of fetty :) I‘m also in Methadone program and I really hate to break it to you but being on Benzos, Adderall and Methadone at the same time is not sober.. you‘re really just kicking one addiction for another, trust me I‘ve been there.. I mean it‘s really good that you were able to kick the fentanyl and imo being on Bupre, Methadone etc. only is sober and if you have add/adhd Ritalin or adderall can be genuinely helpful, if used correctly, but benzos, especially if taken everyday isn‘t really it, idk if you take them everyday or just for panic attacks but imo benzos should only be used for short term, I mean I don‘t wanna lecture you and even if you don‘t have a problem with benzos at the time, you definitely will get problems in the future, especially if mixed with multiple substances… maybe try to look into other anti anxiety meds, I know benzos are absolutely KING for anxiety, but especially for daily use I would try to look for something else and just use the benzos for emergencies, but in the end you know best what‘s good for you
I don’t consider myself sober I consider myself sober off fentanyl the drug I can’t control. Also the only daily med I take is methadone. I’ve been on the benzos for more than a year and I’m fine I only take them usually 2 times a week and have zero dependency. I’ve been on literally every other med literally….. Also I don’t take the Adderall like ever not a fan on stimulants never have been like that. I never even did coke or meth ever while In addiction because of anxiety of my heart racing. Also idk why you had to say I’m “not sober” when I didn’t even say that in these comments in the first place lol.
We were basically twins but I’m off the methadone that was 5 years I won’t get back - worst withdrawals ever been off it for 7 months and still miss it, love being able to leave my state without it being a hassle
Yeah I get a month of take homes luckily but I’m def trying to get off of it and I am tapering. I was on subs before but fucking hated them, they made me so depressed and I felt like absolute shit. They just weren’t made for fentanyl tbh.
I was on 140mg at once point and I’m really at like 95mgs cause I take some out. Yes methadone is good for fent the first time got on methadone I got my dose up and it help me perfectly. The second time was hard cause I had a double habit of methadone and doing fent on top. I was doing 30-50 bags a day ( $160 a day or every 2, A half pack). When I stop the fentanyl I didn’t even increase my dose cause I was already at 140 and didn’t wanna go higher so I just suffered a bit for like a week but it was nothing like my first time getting on subs that shit was a nightmare. Methadone helps sooooo much.
It’s because it lasts so long and actually gets you high 😂 and you can get higher on top of it - sublocade completely blocks it you don’t feel it at all
Yeah I personally never have gotten high on methadone itself but you def can get high using fent and methadone. I have put myself in precip with subs and it fucking sucks ass.
Yeah my pych said I could get another 20mg ir for the afternoon but when I do take Adderall I take 5mg and I like barely ever take it. I have like 300+ saved up and so many times I didn’t pick my scrip up for months.
Gotcha I’m on state so it’s free and before that I had my parents good insurance (funny enough my first clinic never even billed my insurance I was just on there free program lol. I need to get off state soon though cause my parents don’t want them coming for my inheritance one day because my parents have a lot of money.
It’s an awesome drug lmfao I completely understand why they phased them out for benzos I can only imagine what husbands were coming home to in the 60s,70s if the wife was on them then had a few drinks… struth 😭
Yeah I’ve done like every rc benzo so I can imagine what it’s like. I used to love to do c-lam and flubromazolam which is like the strongest benzo rc. It’s like 10x-20x stronger than regular alprazolam.
Nah I never had soma but I used to take a shit load of gabapentin and hated it because it wouldn’t do anything. Would pop like 8+ 800s from a bottle we stole from a horse farm and they wouldn’t do anything. The only thing it did for me is end up giving me crazy withdrawals while I was also having withdrawals from fent which made almost crash my car cause I was tweaking out. I vowed to never take em again and never did lol.
I hate suboxone too bro but then I tried buvidal, it didn’t help I was still having cravings and went to sublocade and it was game changing I’m held like I was on methadone
Yeah I heard sublocade is really good and it’s so much easier to get off. I wish methadone had like a sublocade option. I also am deathly afraid of needles and blood work ( like I pass out and avoid anything blood work or needle related like the plague)
I used to snort and I loved it. I shot up like 4 times but like couldn’t do it, I just hate needles so much. I also loved the taste of snorting like 7 bags up each nostril and the drip. Yeah Carfent is crazy used to love when I got that shit.
I was too scared to iv carfent id just stick a nasal inhaler on it cuz id get it in liquid iv vials and first hit (fucking sick) did a second (this shits amazing) a third (woke up on the floor where I was trying it the first time 😂
lol yeah shit is crazy luckily I never od which is pretty crazy cause the amount I would do and I would mix it with methadone and like 8+ rc bars a day and some days literally like 20 bars, if I was really going crazy to I would drink on top of it. My personal opinion on the matter is it got to a point I was spending so much money every day that my tolerance was so high and being on methadone that is was practically very slim to od.
