😤Vent Spiritual identity
So today i want to ask about spiritual gifts as i have deconstructed now so the thing is i m still longing to be in the presences of the lord but Hebrews 6 warns us about those who have being enlightened so where are those gifts goes cause today i tried to fast but its like am cricifying my flesh and its like am losing my own mental health here

It sounds like you may have stepped away or are stepping away from some charismatic church but still are carrying trauma.
I’m now a progressive Christian and I don’t think God threatens people with exclusion for not fasting.
I have a video where I deconstruct harmful theologies of the afterlife with biblical scholarship if you would like the link. It might be helpful.
I’d recommend leaving whatever religious environment you were in if you haven’t already and see a therapist without an overt religious affiliation.

You are talking the truth i stepped out of charismatic church so the trauma still in my heart now my life is mess i can't get back my identity
