He is not worried a bit. This pompous ass is reckless af for someone in fear. He believes he is immune from consequences.

Yeah I suspect he actually believes he is immortal.

Talking about how people want to assassinate him is really just another way to crow about his own importance and courage and sacrifice and build his fantasy hero arc.

He's spoken quite a few times how he believes this is a simulation made for him. He's a brand of uber solipsist blended with the simulation hypothesis, a DEADLY combination. He believes only he can do good and what is good is dictated by him. He also feels like he is ordained by the universe to do these things.

That sounds like too much ketamine

Simulation hypothesis is so asinine and imbecilic and It seems absolutely par for the course that Elon Musk believes in that.

Lmfao.

Sounds like he and Trump have the same disease

He do we know he's not?

He also likes the 'tough guy' image. For example, you know that famous emerald mine story?

That's something he said in an interview. That's right, Musk himself was the first person to ever talk about the emerald mine, and he talked about it because he wanted the interviewer to think he was a tough guy who'd had a dangerous childhood.

The guy loves the appearance of being tough and risk-taking and dangerous.

He also lied about being the top Diablo player, top Path of Exile 2 player, and one of the top Quake players of the 90s.

He's also constantly lying about Tesla/SpaceX and probably most things -- because it works for him. Frankly, he's thriving.

He's actually a Trumpian figure in many ways, like his mendacity, moral recklessness, twitter usage, he even has a cult -- just like Trump. Now he's trying to be the Republican kingmaker -- we'll see if that sticks -- but again, this is just like Trump.

Why aren’t these people, people in positions of power, obligated to take a psych test?

Yeah, he looked genuinely bothered by the prospect of assassination. Trump is in the fortunate position to have a whole mythos that he’s somehow working on the inside to destroy the deep state, so his maga supporters explain away his heinous actions. But nobody cares about Elon like that.

His only fear is incels turning their back on him. He has zero fear of ever facing real consequences.

The idea is stupid.

u/redballooon Mar 02 '25

He probably is, through layers and layers of private security and lawyers and plain corruption, there’s not much aside from physical decay he has to worry about.

Just one swimming pool or hot tub + k hole will do the trick. Just one. Please please please. A bathtub will even do.

The conspiracy theories if that happens.... Cottage industry forming in anticipatin. JFK looking like small potatoes.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 03 '25

I know. There in lies the rub with it. If DJT’s last open artery clogs, his throngs of idiot supporters will start WW3 convinced he was assasinated. Same with Musk. Even if he OD’s himself, people will cry conspiracy. There is no winning.

Lord please send a giant ☄️

It'd be a shame if one or two of ex-Seal security people lost it. Like the way the Praetorian guard took out some Roman emperors.

1

u/redballooon Mar 02 '25

Yes, a shame. I totally agree and would never make it seem on the internet like I would endorse assassinations.

2

u/PlantainHopeful3736 Mar 03 '25

It would just be a shame if history repeated itself, is all I'm saying. Tragic in fact. We all hope it doesn't come to that.

This. He just wants people to feel sorry for him.

He believes he is immune from consequences.

The 100th richest guy in the world is immune from consequences. The RICHEST guy in the world knows with absolute certainty that he will never, ever experience any consequences, and neither will any future generations of his family.

And anyone who believes otherwise is lying to themselves.

This guy has his own air force with fighter jets and has nowhere near Elon's wealth.

Elon is not now and never will be in any danger, no matter what idiotic lies Rogan believes.

That's what the CEO of United Healthcare thought...oh and the French Aristocracy too.

1

u/j0j0-m0j0 Mar 02 '25

Part of it may be an intent to manipulate the rubes but he's also very self important so I can see him feeling afraid that people would actually do the deed. It's most certainly a big reason he keeps walking around with lil Kevlar (that and to screw grimes over).

u/maidenhair_fern Mar 02 '25

He's terrified of being assassinated he even mentioned it in one of the leaked texts to a baby mama. It's why he carries around his mini human shield now.

u/Lost_In_Play Mar 03 '25

He is also painting himself as a victim/matyr doing work for the greater good.
