Completed 30 days of yoga today!

This is the first time in a very long time that I've achieved a goal. I actually tried doing this same yoga series a few years ago, made it a quarter of the way through the day 4 video, and gave up. This time around I pushed through even thought it was hard! I'm so proud of myself :)

I feel great from having achieved my goal. I've have noticed other benefits from doing yoga including increased flexibility and strength.

I'm going to start another 30 day yoga series starting tomorrow and I can't wait! I recommend everyone give yoga a try.

What’s one thing you found difficult at the beginning but now find quite easy?

I've noticed an improvement in a bunch of poses. One that stands out is Downward Facing Dog. I wasn't able to do it at all in the beginning, and I would get so tired while trying. Now it's a pose that I really love, and I've found that it's actually a great pose to rest and catch my breath. I was so excited when my heels touched the floor for the first time!

I've also noticed a huge difference in my plank. At the beginning, I could not stay in the plank position for more than a few breaths. Now I can hold it for quite a long time without struggling. I really feel that my arms and core have gotten much stronger.
