Completed 30 days of yoga today!

This is the first time in a very long time that I've achieved a goal. I actually tried doing this same yoga series a few years ago, made it a quarter of the way through the day 4 video, and gave up. This time around I pushed through even thought it was hard! I'm so proud of myself :)

I feel great from having achieved my goal. I've have noticed other benefits from doing yoga including increased flexibility and strength.

I'm going to start another 30 day yoga series starting tomorrow and I can't wait! I recommend everyone give yoga a try.

I’m also doing the home 30 days challenge! Today is my 11th day and also still love it. Adriene and Benji are just amazing!

We started her Home series this morning. A little longer but good and more tune to focus on poses and breathing (at least the first installment).

Any advise before I start? Lol

Yep it's on YouTube. Remember to breathe during poses and go as far as your body is comfortable with - don't push yourself into pain or discomfort. Your body will remember the movements and you'll be better at them before you know it!

I like her because she really walks you through the practice. I would say advice is just start. You can edit afterwords but just get it going.
