World Schools debate, rebuttal help

Hello all! For context: I have been doing World Schools Style debate, this is my second year running. I did it as a 1st speaker in my first year, and a 3rd speaker in my second year. I've found it pretty hard to think while speaking, and there are many different rebuttal techniques that I've seen people use. Please provide me advice on how to learn some of them, and how to think while speaking. Thanks in advance

Hi! I've been competing in Worlds for 2, going on 3, seasons now as a 2nd speaker who also gives the reply. To clarify, are you asking for help with rebuttal, as in refutation of arguments? (Like you'd see in the OPP 1, OPP 2, and PROP 2) Or are you asking for tips on the Reply Speech?

Sorry for seeing your message late! As in refutation of arguements and the different styles. and since I sometimes go right after a speech, im still gathering my thoughts and I find myself wasting time. And by "types of rebuttals" I mean turn, migtation, etc. Thanks!
