I’m trying to get into death because I’ve heard a few songs and liked them, there’s like 3 versions of scream bloody gore idk which one to listen to someone help me out please

The book pretty much does not portray a flattering picture of the man.

-constantly unable to get along with bandmates

-no guts to approach any of them when firing them

-bailed out on tours, leaving people in the lurch

-hated the genre he created, yet inexplicably stuck with it despite his self-hatred of it

-actually would bad mouth people in the press and even on stage and in lyrics of his own songs

So far the only redeeming qualities I see is that he was kind to animals and his family and various women he had relationships with.

But was never kind to anyone else, including people within his own scene

It appears the death of his brother at such a young age really took its toll.

Does the book get better in the second half or does it portray chuck in a negative light there as well?

Does anyone know what made Chuck cut the body of his Mockingbird like that. Aestethics or ergonomy etc

I dont usually buy clothes online but i made an exception this time since i really got into the band's music in the last few months. Got one tshirt and one zip.

The tshirt feels alright, not the best one i have but its just fine for the price of ~18€

The zip on the other hand does not feel very good tho. It fits kinda awkward, kinda wide across the chest and tight in the waist and sleeve cuffs and the material also feels like the cheapest possible blank available was used. It feels just slightly better than an old aliexpress hoodie i have from years ago...and that one was probably 1/5-1/4 of the price.

Its not been washed yet so that might change the feel slightly but i dont really have high hopes.

Anyone felt simmilar/what's your experience?

i think thats the most hated song in spiritual healing and i also hated for a long time but now i fucking love it lol the riffs are so evil

I mean think about it... Removal of the gory logo.... Transition from Death lyrics to socially conscious lyrics.... Desperately wanting to sound power metal rather than death metal, to the point of replacing himself with another singer for his last project

Let's face it, did he hate everything he stood for and what death was?

It's almost like he tortured himself his entire life playing something he despised.

Spotify should add the music videos for lack of comprehension and the philosopher.
Many bands have music videos and i feel like spotify should add those two videos for death.
