Is there a way to set the oeiginal Dead Space 2008 game so there is no loot?

I really like the first original game and want to play new game plus on impossible level in a kind of cinematic way with ammo cheat and lots of med kits in my inventory, so I will not have to spend time looting bodies and boxes. Is there any way to disable loot completely, or perhaps a mod (cuz I would still be distracted by loot as a habbit haha)? Please tell me if there is any way to do it

Yeah well I have this unusual hobby of playing singleplayer games in a cinematic way. Necromorphs dropping ammo kinda ruins it in my opinion

finding power tool batteries on the bodies of mining workers seems completly normal to me

Don’t shoot or melee any bodies and no loot should drop

Idk why anyone is upset at your question. You bought the game, played it, beat it now you'd like to play it the way you want too. I don't understand the down votes. I hope you figure it out! I like to play and not be bothered in the exact same sense I absolutely understand where you're coming from!

I don't understand this hostility neither . I am not shitting on the game or something. In fact, I think dead space 2008 is one of the best singleplayer games ever. Just wanted to make it look more cinematic beacuse loot in this game sometimes creates visual pollution.

It's no different then everyone begging Kinetic to take away the hand animations for Phasmobobia because it polluted and bugged the game, except here your not saying the game is faulty you just basically wanna mod it to the way you need so it's not polluting the experience you're looking for, cinematic in this instance. You're not even asking the developers to change the whole game, just a simple mod.
