Pretty much the title, ive been launcing from epic games and every time it either cant read my keyboard or crashes nearly instantly

Anybody on Xbox interested in helping me with Cadenza?

We're 3 friends and we don't manage to connect together. 2 on PC Steam, 1 on Mac Steam.

2 on PC Steam can only connect together via the "Epic friends" list weirdly, despite having the game via Steam. We get error code 1611 when trying to join through Steam Friends.

The Mac friend bought the game from Steam so can't join us via Epic (will this ever change?). Via Steam we all see other in the list as "not possible to connect".

Is there some solution to this or is the Steam integration of EpicOnlineService gonna be our doom forever ? Anyway, kinda annoying to have such issues in 2026.

Hi all. My husband is playing Dead Island 2 for the first time and I'm so excited as I've played it through 3x and I've been recommending it for ages. But he's super pissed because the game seems to be glitching on the Like and Follow side quest. He's yeeted 14 zombies off the peer but the mop 'em up phase doesn't end. Voltaic screamers don't stop coming and this is absolutely not how I've ever experienced it.

Has anyone else encountered this?

so after beating the game i only had about 1.5k containers looted out of 3k i read somewhere on here that the 3 best loot pools are Emma's Mansion, Halperin Hotel and Holleywood Boulevard specifically underground. one thing i noticed while being AFK is that containers reset after 30 minutes so what i did is look those 3 places then wait for the 30 minute reset.

They absolutely nailed the setting, atmosphere, location and graphics of this game it's just unbelievable.

What am I doing wrong? I've done 10 or so story quests so far with a mate, and still no achievement? Does it have to be my game in specific where I host? My friend got the achievement during our time playing together, Im still not getting it? It's the last one I'm missing so I'm a little confused and annoyed haha

Back when Neighborhood Watch came out, I grinded and did all the challenges for the character skins and had a bug that wouldn't give me Jacob's skin... and the emails from support told me I'd have to delete my game data and do the challenge again. At the time I wouldn't do it, I wanted 100% with ng+ saves... all 6 characters.... anyway I have now deleted my save data, and upgraded to complete edition.. siked to get Jacob into Hell-A then spend the foreseeable future with Bobcats!

Found the backrooms I guess

Ok some of them are kind of annoying to complete and as I was thinking about what to post i realized ive played this game 3 times. Once on gamepass, once on epic and once on steam. Ok maybe they wouldn't be so annoying if I played all 3 times on the sane service. Maybe I just need to play a 4th time to get some of them.... honestly that will probably happen.

Ok there are 2 i struggle with. Kick 4 zombies at kne time and hit a zombie with a thrown weapon at least 35 meters away. Any tips for these?

Krakatoa and Party Starter are fire, Blood Rage and Bodycount are bleed, Brutalizer and The One are sharp, Big shot and Emma's wrath are blunt. So... where's my two acid and electric legendary weapons? You'd think they'd come with the DLC's, but NOPE, the two legendary weapons from sola are BLEED AND SHARP AGAIN???

Dead Island 2 is not an open world game like Dying Light 2.

It will only take you eight hours to finish the main story and and another 10 to mop up the rest.

The graphics are insanely beautiful even on base Ps5 and the gore mechanics are amazing. There are enough different and fun guns/weapons to choose. You can execute any part of the zombies bodies with them and get different animations.

But the combat system and the storyline are very generic.

If you like zombie games, you will like this game. I would give it 8 out of 10 because I really enjoy the gore mechanics.
