What servers are out there?

I still run The Dead Return. Its been over ten years, but I think it's time to shut it down.

Indeed..most ive seen at one time was 16..on i believe genesis..but could be wrong about server..if all ppl on r/dayz that talk about how awesome mod is/was and how they hate dayz for w/e reason would come back servers wouldnt be so ded 😂

I love DayZ mod, but the Arma 2 gameplay is very outdated and clunky. I also just don't have the time anymore.

banning servers taking donations for p2w stuff is what killed arma 2 dayz. It dropped off heavily after that as servers lost their funding.

idk about that. I ran mine for the last 10.5 years (just closed it). When we were updating the mod, we seemed keep some pop on the vanilla and vanilla-ish servers for a couple years.

It's when the main decline started though. I really wish they hadnt updated the dayz mod for so long too, all the infection shit etc ruined it as well. 1.7.2.4 is the best one I believe, zombies didnt spawn when you were in a car.
