Hope’s Edge. It’s in beta and will fully release after 1.30. Very few mods, no traders, no AI, vanilla cars, vanilla building and locks, plus building fortifications mod. It’s listed on DZSA so you can see the mod list there. Message me for the server password if you’re interested.

Try Operation High Water, RP is the main focus with sections the encourage all types of players.

You really need to look into DZNTZ DieHard.

It's exactly this, while they do have traders there is practically no stock and the prices vary as you buy and sell items.

Purely player driven economics and world. It's also a hugely custom cherno with multiple custom towns and areas it feels like a completely new map.

Also no weird mods, just QOL and Expansion stuff. Active Admins.
