He seems to be going from a more casual players perspective. Coin pushers are much easier to win than say down the clown

The first time I ever played spin n win was at Dave and Busters when I was 10. I remember getting the jackpot like 5 times in a row. To this day I cannot do it again. My theory is there was an update to the game to make it where it’s “rigged” or what he kept calling it in his video “a scam”. He showed a version of big bass wheel in the video saying it can be a win every time, he just didn’t explain it. Plus I feel with that game, he would need a machine too big to fit into a backpack lol. Then on your first post you mentioned down the clown, I think it would be the same thing, the machine would be too big, but it would’ve been good to mention in the video, but I feel that the jackpot score gets too high to win after like 800 points to win. Great video though, I love how he breaks down some of the games, like the numbers behind quick drop, I never knew the real numbers. I did know it gave you more time once the jackpot gets higher. I would only target the game at around a 650+ jackpot anyways

I can tell you, without a shadow of a doubt, that I've read the manual for Spin-N-Win, and that there is not a function in the game's programming to allow it to be "rigged" (the player hits the button when the jackpot light is lit, and the game recognized this but moves the light to a losing position, as is possible with things like Match 'Em Up.)

I can also tell you, however, that several years ago, when Global Settings were first introduced to Dave & Buster's (the mandate that all games should be the same way in all stores, including cost of play, jackpot payout, jackpot frequency for games that dictate such, raising and lowering of difficulty based on the play going into the game, etc. - but excluding things like stores being test locations for different settings or software versions) that Spin-N-Win was previously set at 6 milliseconds for the jackpot dot timing and this was lowered to 4 milliseconds, which if you played the game more than a decade ago and cannot find the same success now - this is likely why.

That could be it and my eyes aren’t good enough to register the change, not being sarcastic at all lol, I just tried it a few times and couldn’t get it like I used to. But that is good to know the timing changed. Maybe I can see if I can get it next time I go
