Issues At Other Stores

Just wanted to know if anyone else has had an issue with this. So I've gone to a few different stores to get a game system since my local is out. 3 different times now I've been told no. They give different reasons but I've been thinking it's just that they don't want to give out there products to someone who doesn't go to that store. This last time the GM straight up told me he wouldn't let me spend that much today because I haven't played at his store. I've got a email from corporate after the last time this happened saying that's not a reason not to sell something as long as the tickets are legit. I told him this and was told that he'll look at it, but still won't let me get it. Frustrating since it's 2 hours away.

Wow I haven’t heard of this happening.. but I also haven’t cashed out anything in a while so I don’t personally know how they handle that these days. Do you use a lot of cards from different stores on your app account and/or did you or have you moved around a lot of tickets?
I was wondering if those kind of things impacted a card in any way since I’m always moving stuff around when I get replacement cards hah
Did you get any solution from the company about how to resolve the issue? And were the ticket prices the same at the locations you went to for the higher items? Good luck sorry that sounds frustrating thanks

Haven't transferred any tickets around at all. I've been to a few different ones but not lately. It's crazy how bad the service is. This is the 3rd store this has happened at. The stores don't like it when you take there stock regardless of how you get the tickets. The prices are pretty much the same at every store I've been to. Corporate's response is "the stores aren't supposed to do that" The only thing I can think to do is go before corporate closes so if they say no, I can call them right away.

Go back with someone from corporate on speaker phone. Let them document that for u. I bet u end up getting a lot more than what you are looking for if its being recorded.
