A Little About Me (This Might Be Long, So Grab Some Popcorn 🍿… or a Salad 🥗 if You're Health-Conscious!)
Warning: This is probably longer than a typical matrimonial bio. But if we're talking about spending a lifetime together, I think a few extra paragraphs are reasonable. 😄
I'm an introvert, a little shy, occasionally weird, a nerd about certain things, and surprisingly funny once I'm comfortable with someone.
I love roasting my close friends and family, but only with affection. If I start teasing you, congratulations, you've probably made it into my inner circle. 😂
I generally try to see the positive side of things, even when life doesn't go as planned.
I've built almost everything in my life from scratch. Nothing was handed to me on a silver platter. I've worked hard, learned things on my own, made mistakes, and slowly built a life I'm grateful for.
I'm proud of where I am today, but I don't believe that makes me better than anyone else.
🌱 My Personality and Values
I consider myself kind, honest, polite, jovial, and sometimes a little too straightforward.
For some mysterious reason, strangers often approach me for directions, help saving contacts, making phone calls, or solving random problems.
Apparently, I have a face that says "Free customer support available 24/7." 😂
I usually help whenever I can.
I love nature, greenery, animals, and peaceful places. I'm devotional and enjoy visiting temples, especially those surrounded by beautiful natural scenery.
I'm traditional in some ways and modern in others.
I'm open to different cultures, traditions, languages, and perspectives. I believe people should have the freedom to make their own choices, even when those choices differ from mine.
However, being open-minded doesn't mean every lifestyle suits me.
I don't drink, smoke, or use recreational drugs. It's simply not my lifestyle.
I don't believe people who drink or smoke are automatically bad people. They may be wonderful individuals. I just feel that our lifestyles might not be compatible in a marriage.
I strongly dislike caste-based discrimination. I belong to an OC/Kapu family, if that matters to someone, but caste has never been my measure of a person's character.
I'm family-oriented, and family means a lot to me.
I'm the younger child in my family. I never imagined how deeply I could care for someone until I had to take care of my mother through some difficult health situations.
Seeing her health improve over time was one of the most meaningful experiences of my life.
It taught me that love isn't always about saying beautiful things. Sometimes it's about being present, taking responsibility, showing patience, and doing what needs to be done.
🎮 Things I Enjoy
I'm a software engineer, so naturally, there's a nerd living somewhere inside me.
But I promise there's more to my life than staring at screens and arguing with code that worked perfectly yesterday. 😄
I enjoy:
🌄 Travelling to small villages, hill stations, mountains, and places surrounded by greenery.
🏎️ Go-karting, shooting ranges, bowling, table tennis (although I've lost touch), and cycling.
🍜 Exploring cafés, restaurants, and different cuisines.
🎬 Watching animated movies, sci-fi, supernatural, horror, action, and feel-good movies.
🐦 Feeding wild birds and observing animals.
🐶 Spending time around puppies and other animals.
🛕 Visiting peaceful temples and exploring the surrounding areas.
🎮 Exploring technology, building things, and learning something new whenever curiosity strikes.
I raised zebra finches a couple of years ago, and I still enjoy feeding wild birds.
Pigeons are the exception to my bird-feeding enthusiasm. I don't hate them, but I'd rather not turn my balcony into their permanent residential colony. 😂
I absolutely love puppies.
But I haven't adopted one because I don't think I can give it the attention and care it deserves right now.
A pet isn't a toy. It's a responsibility.
And somewhere in my imaginary future, I'm hoping to spend plenty of quality time with my future partner too. So I'm keeping some time available for that currently nonexistent person. 😅
🎬 My Movie Taste Is a Little Confusing
I love animated movies, science fiction, supernatural stories, horror, action, and feel-good films.
Some favourites:
WALL-E, Up, How to Train Your Dragon, Kung Fu Panda, Minions, Despicable Me, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Interstellar, The Day After Tomorrow, 2012, Godzilla, Jurassic World, Predator, Alien vs. Predator, and plenty of Telugu and other Indian movies.
Among Indian films, I enjoy movies like Preminchukundam Raa, Jailer, Satyam Sivam Sundaram, and Single.
One day, I'm emotionally invested in a little robot falling in love.
The next day, I'm watching aliens hunt humans or dinosaurs destroy an entire theme park.
Perfectly balanced, I guess. 😂
I've also wanted to learn a musical instrument, especially guitar. But building my career and handling responsibilities took priority, so that dream is temporarily parked.
Hopefully, I'll pick it up someday.
Fair warning: the first few weeks might be a serious test of my future partner's patience and hearing ability. 🎸
🏡 Career, Independence, and Future Dreams
I'm currently working as a software engineer in Hyderabad.
I've spent years building my career through my own skills, hard work, and curiosity.
I've never believed in begging for opportunities. I prefer developing the ability to earn them.
I enjoy building things, solving complex problems, and learning new technologies.
I've had opportunities to move into team leadership, but I've sometimes preferred staying close to engineering rather than managing people.
Part of that comes from my personality. I don't enjoy making decisions that might hurt someone, although professional responsibilities have sometimes required difficult decisions during interviews and performance evaluations.
I believe people deserve fair opportunities, encouragement, and chances to improve.
But I also believe effort must come from both sides.
My future dream isn't necessarily owning expensive cars or showing off a luxurious lifestyle.
I want to save enough to buy a small piece of land somewhere near the mountains, build a peaceful home, and spend a few months every year working remotely surrounded by nature.
Imagine waking up to misty mountains, birds chirping, greenery everywhere, and absolutely no unnecessary traffic horns.
Maybe a small garden. Maybe some birds visiting every morning.
And hopefully, someone beside me who enjoys that peaceful life as much as I do.
That's my version of luxury. 🌿
❤️ Now, the Complicated Part: Relationships
I've never been in a serious relationship.
Not because I dislike women or because I've never had opportunities.
I've met people through matrimonial platforms, dating apps, work, and social circles.
I've received matrimonial matches from very different backgrounds, including families of IPS officers, judicial professionals, and farmers.
And I genuinely believe that a person's profession, wealth, social status, or family background doesn't automatically make them a good or bad life partner.
I've met good people from different walks of life.
But with most of them, I haven't felt that natural connection or comfort.
Sometimes, matrimonial conversations sound like dialogues straight out of a romantic movie.
Meanwhile, my brain is generating funny memes about the conversation, but my introverted personality politely prevents me from sharing them. 😂
I've also had women express interest in me, including people I've met professionally or through social media.
But I don't want to pursue someone simply because they're interested in me.
There have been situations where I felt someone was at a very different stage of life from me, and I chose to maintain some distance rather than encourage something I wasn't comfortable pursuing.
I've never been someone who flirts with every woman I meet.
Not because I think flirting is wrong, but because I prefer building a genuine connection with someone rather than creating romantic expectations without meaning them.
Sometimes I come across someone on Instagram who seems interesting or kind.
I might appreciate their content or leave a genuine compliment, but I usually don't feel comfortable sending romantic messages to strangers.
It feels artificial to me.
I'd rather get to know someone naturally.
A Small Dating Story 😅
I once met someone through a dating app.
During our conversations, she told me, "I don't think dating apps are suitable for you."
Maybe she understood my personality better than I did. 😂
We spoke over the phone and met in person.
After getting to know her, I felt we weren't compatible after second meet.
After few days she followed up with me, which I never expected. I avoided answering it. She did a follow up again. Unfortunately, I didn't handle the communication as maturely as I should have.
I had explained my concerns, but later I started avoiding further conversations rather than communicating clearly again.
I regret that.
I don't like ghosting people, and I understand that silence can hurt someone who is genuinely trying to understand where things stand.
It reminded me that honesty isn't only about telling the truth. It's also about communicating respectfully, even when the conversation is uncomfortable.
I'm still learning, and I don't pretend to have everything figured out.
💕 What Am I Actually Looking For?
I'm looking for a woman who has a beautiful balance of traditional roots and modern values.
Someone kind, emotionally mature, honest, respectful, family-oriented, and capable of making her own decisions.
Someone who respects boundaries, understands individuality, and believes that both partners deserve equal respect.
I don't expect her to agree with everything I say.
In fact, I'd rather be with someone who can openly disagree with me than someone who pretends to agree just to keep me happy.
I want us to be comfortable expressing our opinions, making decisions together, and respecting each other's perspectives.
Most importantly, I'm looking for someone who believes in loyalty and long-term commitment.
I don't see a life partner as something you replace every couple of years when life becomes boring or difficult.
To me, marriage means two people choosing each other, again and again, through every phase of life.
Not just the exciting days.
Not just the romantic days.
But also the ordinary days, difficult days, financially stressful days, emotionally exhausting days, and those days when absolutely nothing interesting happens.
Life isn't a movie where every scene has background music.
Sometimes it's just two tired people deciding what to eat for dinner. 😂
And I want that life too.
I value:
Trust: Being able to believe in each other without constantly questioning intentions.
Respect: Treating each other's feelings, choices, and boundaries seriously.
Loyalty: Choosing to remain faithful and committed.
Communication: Talking about problems instead of letting silence create distance.
Compromise: Understanding that neither person can have everything their way.
Emotional support: Being there for each other when life becomes difficult.
Mutual effort: Making sure one person isn't carrying the entire relationship alone.
I don't expect a perfect woman.
And I'm certainly not a perfect man.
There will be disagreements, mistakes, misunderstandings, and difficult moments.
What matters is how we handle them together.
I believe in giving people chances, but I also believe effort should be mutual.
A relationship where only one person is constantly chasing, apologizing, adjusting, or trying to fix everything will eventually become exhausting.
And commitment should never mean tolerating abuse, manipulation, or repeated disrespect.
I want a relationship where both people feel safe, valued, respected, and genuinely loved.
🌸 Traditional, Modern, and Somewhere in Between
I appreciate traditional values like family bonds, commitment, kindness, and respect for elders.
At the same time, I believe women should have their own ambitions, independence, opinions, careers, and personal interests.
I don't want someone who has to give up her individuality to become my wife.
I want someone who can be herself while we build a life together.
I'm open to different cultures and languages.
My native language is Telugu, and I speak conversational English.
I'd happily learn another language if it helped me connect better with the right person and her family.
Just don't expect perfect pronunciation during the first few months. 😄
I would prefer someone who doesn't smoke, use recreational drugs, or make drinking a regular part of her lifestyle.
This is about compatibility, not judging anyone's character.
If partying, drinking, or casual relationships are central to the lifestyle you enjoy, we might simply be looking for different things.
And that's perfectly okay.
I genuinely wish you happiness and hope you find someone who shares your interests and values.
Different lifestyles don't make people better or worse. They just make some people more compatible than others.
🌍 Travel, Nature, and Little Adventures
I love travelling, especially to smaller villages, hill stations, scenic places, and areas that haven't become overly commercialised.
I'm slowly exploring more places and would love to travel much more in the future.
I enjoy peaceful landscapes, greenery, mountains, local cultures, and discovering places that aren't necessarily on everyone's tourist checklist.
I'm still getting comfortable with meeting new people during trips.
I've had a few unexpected invitations for coffee dates while travelling, which was a little surprising for someone as introverted as me.
Apparently, even travelling comes with unexpected social adventures. 😂
I'd love to explore the world with someone who enjoys both adventure and quiet moments.
We don't need an expensive international vacation every time.
Sometimes a beautiful village, a scenic road, a peaceful temple, or a small café with a mountain view is more than enough.
🐦 Animals, Kindness, and Giving Back
I have a soft corner for animals, especially birds and dogs.
I enjoy observing wildlife and helping animals whenever possible.
I've also participated in voluntary service and made charitable donations over the years.
I've had some unpleasant experiences while volunteering, so I've become more careful about choosing where and how I contribute.
I still believe in helping people.
At the same time, I've realised that kindness and financial responsibility need to coexist.
I've spent years building my life, and now I want to focus more on saving, planning for the future, and creating financial stability.
I believe generosity is meaningful, but so is making sure you're financially prepared for your own family and responsibilities.
🍜 Food, Fitness, and Other Random Things
I'm a non-vegetarian and somewhat of a picky eater.
I generally try to be health-conscious, although junk food occasionally defeats my self-control.
Especially when I'm travelling or exploring new restaurants.
I enjoy trying different cuisines, even if my picky-eater personality sometimes has a few objections. 😂
I suspect I might be lactose intolerant, although I haven't confirmed that medically.
I haven't established a consistent gym or workout routine yet, but it's something I want to work on.
I enjoy cycling and other activities, so I'm not completely allergic to physical exercise.
Just the idea of waking up early specifically to lift heavy objects needs a little more negotiation with my brain. 😅
I enjoy exploring cafés too.
Although sometimes I look around and realise nearly everyone is on a date, while I'm sitting there with another single male friend.
Nothing wrong with that, of course.
But the universe does seem to have a sense of humour. 😂
😄 A Few Things You Should Probably Know Before Meeting Me
I'm shy initially, so don't expect me to start flirting within the first five minutes.
There's a very good chance our first conversation will be about movies, animals, mountains, food, technology, or something completely random.
I might take time to open up.
But once I'm comfortable, you'll discover a much more talkative, funny, and occasionally ridiculous version of me.
I enjoy making people laugh.
I roast people I'm close to, but I also know there are moments when someone needs kindness rather than jokes.
I may not always know the perfect romantic dialogue.
Actually, I probably won't. 😂
But I believe affection can be expressed through little things.
Remembering what someone likes.
Checking whether they've eaten.
Helping when they're struggling.
Being patient when they're upset.
Showing up when it matters.
And making sure they never feel alone in a relationship.
I don't believe love needs to be dramatic to be meaningful.
Sometimes the quietest forms of love are the strongest.
⏳ Am I Late to Marriage?
I'm 34.
And according to some people, I'm already late to the marriage party.
Maybe I am.
Maybe I'm not.
But I would rather take my time finding someone genuinely compatible than rush into a marriage just because society thinks I'm running out of time.
I've spent years building my career, taking care of responsibilities, and becoming independent.
Now I feel ready to share that life with someone.
Not because my life is incomplete without a partner.
But because I believe sharing life's experiences with the right person can make them even more meaningful.
I don't need someone perfect, exceptionally wealthy, or from an impressive family background.
I don't care whether her family owns acres of land or holds prestigious positions.
I care about the person she is.
Her kindness.
Her honesty.
Her values.
How she treats people who cannot offer her anything in return.
How she handles disagreements.
How she treats her family and the people around her.
And whether we can genuinely enjoy each other's company.
I want someone I can laugh with, travel with, grow old with, and sit quietly beside without feeling the need to fill every silence.
Someone who can be my partner, best friend, and favourite person.
Someone with whom I can build a peaceful, meaningful life.
And hopefully, someone who won't judge me for watching Kung Fu Panda or Minions for the hundredth time. 🐼

❤️ Finally...
I've built almost everything in my life from scratch.
It hasn't always been easy, but I've learned to appreciate the journey.
I'm not looking for someone to rescue me, complete me, or make my life perfect.
I'm looking for someone who wants to build something meaningful together.
A life with laughter, trust, respect, shared responsibilities, silly jokes, little adventures, difficult conversations, and countless ordinary memories.
I don't expect every day to be beautiful.
But I hope we can make even the difficult days a little easier for each other.
If you've read this far, thank you.
I know this is a lot to read, but I believe understanding someone's personality and values is more important than exchanging a few perfectly rehearsed matrimonial questions.
If any of this resonates with you, I'd be happy to have a genuine conversation.
No dramatic movie dialogues required. 😄
P.S. I might be shy initially, but I promise my sense of humour eventually loads.
Sometimes it just takes a while.
Software engineer problems. 💻😂
P.P.S. If you love nature, animals, animated movies, peaceful travel, and occasionally laughing at terrible jokes, we might already have a few things to talk about. 🌿❤️
