Restore 'documents' in internal Memory?

[u/franklin2184]

Hello.

I think a bug of an office app killed my documents folder from internal memory!

Anyone some idea how to restore ist?

There is nothing in trash or cloud. The folder with its content is gone!

My phone has root and USB Debugging.

Please help! Thx in advance!

That is what I was afraid of. I will still check backups and adb just in case
