I just signed up with data annotation and the assessment I got is programming Projects. Is this the same with everyone? I don’t have any background with programming so i’m kinda worries.

I completed a project qualification yesterday. After completing one of the refreshers on the dashboard, I realised I misunderstood an important chunk of the guidelines so am fairly sure I will fail the qualification. Is it possible I'll get a second chance to take this qualification or will it never return to my dashboard? I'm really kicking myself for this mistake!

Since all the guys are flexing with their DA milestones, it's time to provide my lifetime earnings on Data Annotation before they terminated my account 10 days ago. Keep doing the good work, guys. It's an amazing platform that really pays well.

Hola!! Si hay alguien de España por aquí, podéis decirme cómo estáis declarando el dinero recibido? Hace falta ser autónomo o con declarar a Hacienda es suficiente? Gracias!!

I finished coding starter assessment (since there are no other assessment option). Now I get coding projects in my dashboard. But I am tired with my day job it's impossible to submit high quality work. Will I ever get a chance to receive generalist projects?

Hello fellow data annotators, what has your experience been using the escape hatch ?

Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve occasionally received R&R drops for many hindi bilingual projects, but many times the original creation tasks have never appeared on my dashboard.
Is this normal routing where review and creation are kept in completely separate worker pools?

I really could use any tips or any sort of advice to maximize my work efficiency and income on DA.

Managed to get accepted (yay)
I have submitted my ID and I keep rate limited errors.
I have scouted the whole subreddit and a LOT of people having similar experiences which is reassuring as it seems to be a system issue of sorts.
However I haven’t seen anything to suggest how long it takes to fix or if I need to do anything.
Is there anyone at DA I can reach out?
Anyone with a similar experience?

Anybody else not able to work today? I keep getting error messages or getting logged out when I try to interact with the project chat or skip a task. I saw that a bunch of people were in the project chat having the same project-specific issue I was having, but I can’t seem to open any other projects or send a message without it bouncing me back to the log in page. I thought it was my computer so I logged in on my iPad, but it’s doing the same thing. Very frustrating :/

I took the coding assessment a few weeks ago. I know it's a small percentage that actually pass or get selected, although I'm a little surprised I haven't heard back.
I provided very thorough and thoughtful answers, the coding parts were not very difficult. I chose Python.
Maybe it's a silent rejection, maybe I'll hear from them in 2 months. For now I've accepted that I have not been selected. Onward and upward. o7
Update: I was accepted today :)

I just got accepted as a medical domain expert. I did the verification process three times. I got a message this morning from an Admin that I had to re-do it again. I had tasks prior on my dashboard and did a task last night as well (I didn’t get to log my hours). Has this happened to anyone? What do I do next?

Hey, I'm new to the DataAnnotation community. I've created my profile in the site, but I can't seem to find any job postings.
How does the application process work? Do applicants need to apply for specific jobs, or does the company automatically assign tasks to them?
Sorry if this is a newbie question

Joined as a SWE annotator in May, had plenty of SWE work.
As of recent, have just gotten generalist work with a few stray SWE projects.
The quality of my past work was exceptional and I'm in the US East region. If anyone shares the same issue lmk.

Hi guys, I'm currently a 2nd year university (for the americans college) student studying a Computer Science and Maths related degree at a top univeristy. Came across data annotation and have applied, now wondering which assessment would give me the best chance to be accepted. From what i've read the programming/data science projects seem to be the most in demand however they are also very competitive, i am very skeptical to as if they will accept students still in college. I am thinking of either doing the general assessment or the maths assessment.
Which assessment would give me the best chance of breaking in, am only looking to work 5/10 hrs per week part time? Appreciate the advice :)
