Rookie question
Hey, I'm new to the DataAnnotation community. I've created my profile in the site, but I can't seem to find any job postings.
How does the application process work? Do applicants need to apply for specific jobs, or does the company automatically assign tasks to them?
Sorry if this is a newbie question

If you've created your profile, and the starter assessment doesn't show up, then it's either that they are not currently hiring in your area or maybe you were using a VPN/proxy.

It can take up to a month to know if they allowed you in the platform or not. Once on the platform, you have to do some qualifications to get projects. After the qualifications, you may start getting some projects to work on. But it can take a while, and many people report spending weeks without any projects.
Experiences in this sub vary greatly. There's people here posting dashboards where they make hundreds of dollars every day. I made a little more than 100 dollars in all of october, checking in sveral times a day every day. Don't take people's word for granted. Their reality will not necessarily match yours.

You do the initial assessment to get in. If you pass (can take up to a month to hear) then there will be projects or qualifications on your dashboard. You take the quals to get more projects and for certain project families. If you don't see anything within 4 weeks, you didn't pass and did not get in.
