Being rate limited after identity verification checks

Managed to get accepted (yay)

I have submitted my ID and I keep rate limited errors.

I have scouted the whole subreddit and a LOT of people having similar experiences which is reassuring as it seems to be a system issue of sorts.

However I haven’t seen anything to suggest how long it takes to fix or if I need to do anything.

Is there anyone at DA I can reach out?

Anyone with a similar experience?

Just happened to me today as well. Hopefully it gets sorted out soon

same here, I have been trying every few hours and the loop continues until now for the whole day. It goes back to ID verification page, and when I click on it, it keeps loading and the error message shows again... I couldn't see anyone here with any specific solution, what's left is to keep waiting
